When you build a new restaurant or any building for that matter, there is a lot of stuff you have to do to get the building permit. In this project Farmers Boys was required to replace the sidewalk and install a bus turn out. This is what is show in the video, the sidewalk replacement and the bus turn out. Also a behind the wall system, the air ducts are in there initial stage of instillation. You have to keep the place cool, this is Vegas after all.
